Three elements, one story — a calm sky, warm sand, and the space between them.
The "Sky and Sand" earrings are handcrafted from polymer clay in three geometric pieces: a rounded stone in sky blue, a cream square soft like sand, and a trapezoid connecting them in balance. Japandi philosophy in miniature — nothing superfluous, everything deliberate.

Delivery & Returns
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Services
Delivery is carried out via the following delivery services:
- HP Pošta (Croatian Post)
- BoxNow (parcel locker)
- GLS
- DPD
We prefer delivery to parcel lockers for your convenience and flexibility in collection.
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is included in the product price. Customers do not pay additional shipping costs when ordering.
Delivery Area
Currently, we only deliver within the Republic of Croatia.
Tracking Your Shipment
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status.
Delivery Time
Expected delivery time depends on the delivery service and location:
- Within Croatia: 2-5 business days from dispatch
Responsibility
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather conditions, strikes).
Damage During Delivery
If you notice damage to the package upon delivery, please:
- Photograph the damaged package
- Contact us immediately via email
- Report the damage within 48 hours
Unsuccessful Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the customer is responsible for additional redelivery costs.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right to Return
The buyer has the right to return within 14 days of receiving the order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Return Conditions
The product must be returned:
- Undamaged and in its original condition
- In the manner in which it was delivered
- Within 14 days of receipt
Return Procedure
- The buyer is obliged to inform the seller via email at [email address] within 14 days of receiving the product
- The product should be returned to the address: Braće Radić 90, Novi Mikanovci
- The cost of return is borne by the seller
Refund
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions
The right to return does not apply to:
- Personalized orders
- Products damaged by improper handling
Complaints
The buyer is obliged to inspect the product upon receipt. In case of damage or defects, the buyer must inform the seller via email within 48 hours of receipt.
