Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery via courier services (HP Pošta, BoxNow, GLS, DPD) takes an additional 2-5 business days, depending on the location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is included in the product price. You do not pay additional shipping costs when ordering.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship outside Croatia?

Currently, we only deliver within the Republic of Croatia.

Products and Materials

What is the jewelry made of?

All our jewelry is handmade from polymer clay. Each piece is unique and made with love.

Why does my jewelry look slightly different from the photo?

Due to handmade nature, slight differences in color, pattern, and texture compared to the photo are possible. This is a natural characteristic of handmade products and makes each piece unique!

Is the jewelry waterproof?

Polymer clay is water-resistant, but we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water and chemicals to maintain the jewelry's appearance for longer.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, card payments (credit and debit), and Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When is the order shipped?

The order is shipped once the payment is visible in our account, within 2-3 business days.

Returns and Complaints

Can I return a product?

Yes! You have the right to return within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned undamaged in its original condition. The seller covers the cost of return shipping.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order, except for personalized orders or if the product is damaged by improper handling.

What if the product arrives damaged?

Please inspect the product upon receipt. In case of damage or defects, please notify us via email at hello@divaclayart.com within 48 hours of receipt.

How to care for polymer clay jewelry?

Store your jewelry in a dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures. Clean it with a soft cloth.
